Arthur R. Collins is Founder and Chairman of theGROUP, a government relations and strategic communications consulting firm based in Washington, DC. He is a trusted advisor and strategist providing counsel to corporate leaders, heads of state and their governments, and nonprofit executives and their boards. His areas of expertise include financial services, trade, energy, information technology, healthcare, diplomacy, and national security.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of Aflac Incorporated and KB Home, and the Board of Trustees of RLJ Lodging Trust. He is a member of the Boards of Trustees of the Smithsonian’s National Museum of Asian Art and Ford’s Theatre and is Chairman of the Morehouse School of Medicine Board of Trustees. Also, he is the former Vice Chair of the Brookings Institution and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
