Hana Hausnerova is Vice President of the Meridian Center for Global Leadership, Customized Exchanges. Hana overseas the design, development, and implementation of exchange and training programs for the public and private sector. She is also responsible for strategically developing, growing, and diversifying the Center’s impact by partnering with foundations, the private sector, and the U.S. Government.

Before joining Meridian, Hana managed a multi-million dollar portfolio focused on expanding access to public service opportunities. She led teams responsible for program development and strategic outreach, building partnerships and diversifying funding sources to strengthen impact across a range of domestic policy areas.

Earlier in her career, Hana held several leadership roles in international development and governance. She advised on strategic planning and organizational effectiveness, oversaw the implementation of democracy and rule of law programs, and secured significant funding through grant writing and donor engagement. Her work has supported initiatives in Central Asia, Eastern Europe, and Russia.
