Kellee Wicker

Vice President of the Center for Technology, Innovation, and Space, Meridian International Center

Kellee Wicker serves as the Vice President of the Center for Technology, Innovation, and Space, where she aims to illuminate emerging technologies and scientific advances that will impact numerous parts of life around the world while helping to equip diplomats and policymakers to meet the moment with policies designed to bolster and manage the innovation cycle.  

Prior to joining the Meridian International Center, Wicker led the Science and Technology Innovation Program at the Wilson Center, where she led research and convening work to advance the democratization of science and technology and bring deeper technical expertise to the U.S. government and beyond.  

Wicker holds a master's in global policy studies and a master's in Latin American studies from the University of Texas at Austin, and a bachelor's degree in international studies and Spanish from the University of Mississippi.
