White House correspondent, PBS News Hour
Liz Landers is a correspondent for PBS News Hour, where she covers the White House and the Trump administration. Prior to joining the News Hour, she served as the national security correspondent for Scripps News, and also reported on disinformation for the network.
Before joining Scripps News in April 2024, Landers was an on-air reporter at ABC News in Washington. She also served as the chief political correspondent at Vice News where she covered politics for four years inside and outside the Beltway, and won both an Emmy and Webby award for her coverage. At Vice News, Landers had exclusive interviews with Vice President Kamala Harris, Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and Steve Bannon. Prior to that, she covered the 2016 campaign trail, the White House, and Capitol Hill for CNN. She was a 2023 fellow at the International Strategy Forum at Schmidt Futures. She is a native of Tallahassee, FL and resides in Washington, D.C.
