April Miller Boise is a C-suite executive and corporate board member with more than 30 years of experience. She is a seasoned, results-driven leader with extensive experience leading large, globally diverse teams through complex change, crisis and significant transformation. At Intel, she leads the corporate affairs, policy, integrity, trade and legal function. 

 Widely recognized for her calm, principled leadership and inclusive approach, Miller Boise is known for building high-performing, lean, empowered teams and fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and trust. She is often hired to help transform culture, organizations and leadership teams. She has served in the C-suite of five global companies, leading each organization through periods of significant transformation, including enterprise-wide restructurings, major mergers and acquisitions, strategic pivots, growth into new businesses, regulatory reform and geopolitical complexity.    

 Miller Boise chairs the Governance & Nominating Committee of the board of Trane Technologies. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Business School and is licensed to practice in New York and Ohio.
